Here at Wyld Grace we will be creating wellness retreats in the wyld. With epic hiking and all elements of mental and physical health taken care of. We will climb mountains both inside and out to gain a new sense of self and attain a new level achievement otherwise unknown. Using nature as medicine we will explore mindfulness practices and breath work to reduce stress and ease anxiety. Learning new skills and meeting new people we aim to revive a sense of passion and enthusiasm in all that we do - wether it is yoga or cooking or climbing. We aim to share the love so that you discover a new appreciation for all aspects of well being and can full embrace each element and see new ways of integrating them into your daily life.
