Dartmoor Retreat

Rumleigh Farm is a rare, idyllic treasure hidden away in the Tamar Valley - an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).  Our wellness retreat is set in 17 acres including riverside access, a beautiful apple orchard, poly tunnel, veg garden, wood fired hot tub and stunning private gardens.

Levels

Beginner Level 

Combine gentle yoga sessions with leisurely strolls through picturesque landscapes, catering to beginners and those seeking to regain their fitness. These walks and yoga sessions are designed for a relaxed experience, complemented by scenic views and soothing tea breaks

Intermediate Level 

Embark on extended hikes with elevated terrains, tailored for moderately experienced walkers looking to push their boundaries. This is paired with slightly more demanding yoga practices to elevate the challenge and enhance your overall fitness.

Advanced level

For those who possess a strong fitness foundation and a desire to reach new peaks, anticipate demanding yoga practices and mountain hikes with a steadfast goal of summiting.
