HELEN FORD

The main force behind Helen's work is a deep desire to help individuals achieve their long-term diet and nutrition goals without faddy, unsustainable diets.

She qualified as a Nutritional Therapist from The Institute of Optimum Nutrition in 2000 and has worked with Dr Marilyn Glenville and The Glenville Nutrition Clinic for 19 years. She is now working for Wild Nutrition a modern practice that offers its own range of self grown supplements.



She is very passionate about nutrition and the therapeutic power of food to heal. She regularly runs cookery workshops to help inspire, motivate and help people feel more confident in their kitchen's.


Helen's main areas of interest include all aspects of women’s health; hormones in particular - including fertility, PCOS, PMS, endometriosis, osteoporosis and menopause.


She thrives off seeing her patients reach their health goals through practical dietary and lifestyle changes.


Helen offers one to one consultations over zoom and in person. You can catch at her at some of the Wyld Grace Retreats or you can book a one-to-one with her.

Hiking

If Helen is on one of the Wyld Grace retreats then she will also be out hiking with us, giving you ample time to pick her brains whilst walking the hills.
