Intermediate Level 

Embark on extended hikes with elevated terrains, tailored for moderately experienced walkers looking to push their boundaries. This is paired with slightly more demanding terrain to elevate the challenge and enhance your overall fitness.

SOUTH WEST COAST PATH 

Come with us and explore the south west coast path - as featured in the recent movie - The Salt Path.
Our wellness walk will start at Polkerris and we shall walk around the stunning coastline to Ready Money Cove and end in Fowey - where we shall stop for lunch (not included).
The walk is 4 1/4 miles and should take around 3 hours and 15 mins (with no stops).

There is the option to go there and back or if one way is enough we can sort out vehicle drops between attendees, or get the bus back to the car. There is also an option to walk back a shorter way which involves "The Saints way' and is a cross country route taking little under an hour.

There is a fee of  £35 pp (min of 4 people to go ahead) max 10 people - Please enquire for details...
